Unless otherwise selected, all domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Once processing is complete, shipping time will take 2-4 days depending on the final destination.​We do not split shipments. Orders ship once all items in an order are ready for shipment.​Shipments in excess of $300 require a signature for delivery.​Any packages returned for incomplete/incorrect address will be shipped again at the customer's expense.

There are no refunds.  We will gladly exchange items or issue a store credit for items that are returned within 14 days of your order date.  Tags must be attached to items and returned in the same condition as received. ​To submit a return please ship items to 6250 Canoga Ave.  Woodland Hills, CA 91367.  Please send an email ian.jenkins@in-houserepresentation.com to with details about your return and your return order will then be confirmed. In-House Clothing is not responsible for return shipping and handling fees.

Treat your delicates like delicates. Every In-House item is made out of premium material. We highly advise that each item is taken to your local dry cleaner. If Dry cleaning is not a viable option then these following tips for manually washing and drying are helpful.
Tip 1: Washing
‍Hand washing with a gentle detergent is a safe option. Also, make sure to treat any stains as soon as possible, try not to let them sit and become ingrained in the fabric.  Furthermore, soaking any stains overnight will help to break down the substance making it easier for you to clean.
‍Tip 2: Drying
‍Always allow your quality clothing to dry naturally. This means not using harsh heating elements which can cause damage to the garments. The best method is to lay your clothing flat on a clean, dry table outside and turn them over every thirty minutes or so for even drying. This method will also prevent mildew or funny smells from collecting in the threads. The other cool thing about air drying is that this will usually work out any wrinkles in the fabric.
